A small kitchen, big standards.

Every batch comes out of our one-bedroom apartment kitchen, which means we pay even closer attention to cleanliness than a big commercial space would. No plastic cooking tools — just stainless steel and glass — and only the best butter, chocolate, and flour we can get our hands on.
